Services Description

ACE Drafting & Design LLC provides professional drafting, CAD documentation, and design support services including but not limited to:

• Floor plans and layout drawings
• Site plans and surveys
• Elevations and sections
• Permit-ready documentation
• As-built documentation
• Renovation and addition drawings
• CAD conversion and digitization

Project Agreements

Each project will be governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that specifies:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Project timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Number of revisions included
• Client responsibilities and materials needed

These specific project terms, once agreed upon, become part of these Terms of Service.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Supply necessary reference materials, measurements, and documentation
• Review deliverables and provide timely feedback
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Ensure you have the authority to authorize work on the property
• Communicate any changes to project requirements promptly

Payment Terms

Revisions Policy

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Revisions must be requested within 30 days of deliverable completion. Changes to the original scope of work are considered new work and will be quoted separately.

Intellectual Property

Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to complete your project (e.g., with printing services if requested).

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all work complies with local building codes, zoning requirements, and permitting regulations. We recommend consulting with licensed professionals (architects, engineers, contractors) as appropriate for your project.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• Partial deliverables may be provided for work completed

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
